At A Safe Space for Self-Injury Support, our mission is to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment for individuals affected by self-injury.

we offer specialized groups tailored to different age groups, providing a safe space for personal growth, emotional well-being, and skill-building.

Through our groups, we focus on fostering emotional growth, building self-esteem, and offering participants a wide variety of practical coping skills. These include art, journaling, mindfulness, relaxation techniques, and other creative outlets for self-expression and emotional regulation

Our goal is to empower individuals to:

  • Develop healthier responses to emotional

    pain

  • Understand their triggers

  • Strengthen their self-esteem

  • Build a supportive community that values healing, personal growth, and positive self-expression

Our Commitments:
